This week, year five focused on the actual march itself.
They became journalists, examining images and deciding three questions they'd like to ask those photographed in the image. They then looked at maps and a breakdown of each city they passed, during the march. They realised just how far the two hundred men had to travel. 

Afterwards, they put themselves in the shoes of the men marching and had to write either a poem, diary entry or newspaper article. They really thought about the feelings, emotions of the men, as well as, thinking about the general morale.
