Express yourself through individuality
Spend the afternoon expressing yourself in which ever way you feel.
It could be through:
-Music (listening to, creating your own song/music)
-Dance (composing, rehearsing etc)
-Fashion/design (fashion show in the clothes that identify who you are etc)
-Mindfulness (meditation, yoga, colouring in etc)
-Writing (let loose with your imagination and let your creative juices flow-poetry, story writing, song writing)
-Drama (acting etc)
-Reading (getting lost in the plot of your favourite book)
-Cooking and baking (follow recipe or create your own dish)
