Lent
LENT 2024
During the period of Lent we will be using the Arch Bishop of York's Way Maker to help us reflect upon Jesus' ministry and and his example of being a 'Way maker' and serving others.
For Christians the message ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me’. John 14:6 is a key part of the Easter story. Jesus came to Earth to bring hope and to offer people a new way of living life and coming closer to God. During the following six weeks we will explore what it means to be: servant hearted, compassionate, accepting, bold, forgiving and a light in the darkness.
WEEK 1
Lent 2023
This year during the period of LENT we will explore how we can Look IN and Look OUT during Lent.
Each week will focus on a different community which our pupils are part of:
