To the Children of Jarrow Cross,
I hope you are all well and keeping busy. Did any of you watch the football this week? I bet some of you are glad it’s back, but mind you I bet not everyone in your house is happy about it!
It has been a bit busier in school this week as we have had some of our Year 1 children back as well as Reception children. They have all had a busy week and it has been lovely to see and hear them laughing in the classrooms and corridors.
We are really looking forward to seeing some of you Year 6 children back in school next week. Your new hoodies have arrived and will be all ready and waiting for you on Monday morning. They look fab and so comfy.
Next week is the last week for literacy and numeracy work. For the following two weeks we are planning activities just like those we would do for sports day, then on the final week we will send you some fun outside activities that you can carry on with during the summer holidays. Keep checking the Distance Learning Account for more information about our sport activities and watch out for some video messages from Mr. Taggart and Mrs Watson.
Have a lovely weekend. Remember BE KIND and look after each other.
Take care,
Mrs McBeth
