Friday 17th December 2021
Dear Parents/Carers,
As the term draws to an end, can I again take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and understanding throughout the changing circumstances we continue to face.
It was with great disappointment that we had to make the decision to again record nativity plays etc this year, but I am sure you will agree with me in light of recent COVID developments that it was the correct one. Please watch out for a text with a secure link which will enable you to watch our Reception’s Nativity Play and Year 1 and 2’s Christmas celebration.
Regarding after Christmas, unfortunately it would be foolish to not acknowledge the possibility of having a number of positive Covid 19 cases amongst our school community. Whilst we clearly want and hope everyone has a lovely Christmas shared with family and friends, I also know everyone will be mindful of the ongoing risks and continue to strive to keep our community safe.
Reminder – 4th January is an INSET day and school reopens for pupils on Wednesday 5th January.
On behalf of all of the staff I wish you and all of your family a very Happy Christmas and I look forward to seeing you all when school reopens on 5th January.
Best wishes,
Mrs McBeth
