Year 1 Trip to Fenwick's Window
Thu 29 Nov 2018Year 1 enjoyed their trip to Newcastle to see the Snowman at Fenwick's window today. They enjoyed their festive cake under the tree with the reindeer before heading for the metro back to school. The children were very well behaved throughout the whole morning and thank you to all of our super parent helpers!

Children In Need
Fri 16 Nov 2018We raised a whopping £450 today, for Children In Need! Thank you so much for taking part and donating £1. All of the children looked fantastic and we had a fantastic day! Well done to Abigail who won the giant Pudsey plush toy in our raffle.

A visit from Sergeant Nunn
Fri 16 Nov 2018On Wednesday a relative of Mrs Watson, Sargeant Allan Nunn came in to school to talk to us about the 100th anniversary of the Armistice and the significance of the poppy.
The children really enjoyed this discussion with Allan, listening to some of his stories about life as a British Soldier. The children asked some really good questions and they have talked about his visit all week.
